This Privacy Policy explains how Avki ("Avki", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit the Wonderly by Avki website (the "Site") or join our waitlist. We are building Wonderly for families, and we take the privacy of parents and children seriously. This is a pre-launch marketing site — the Wonderly product itself, once launched, will have its own detailed privacy documentation covering the story-personalisation experience.
2. Information we collect
On this pre-launch Site, we collect only what's needed to run our waitlist and respond to inquiries:
- Waitlist signups: the email address you provide when joining the waitlist, plus basic technical metadata (the page you signed up from and browser information) to help us understand signup sources.
- Contact form submissions: your name, email address, the topic you select, and the message you write to us.
We do not currently use tracking cookies, third-party advertising pixels, or analytics scripts on this pre-launch Site.
3. How we use your information
- To notify you when Wonderly launches and share early-access or founding-family offers.
- To respond to questions, press inquiries, partnership requests, or job applications submitted through our contact form.
- To understand interest in Wonderly ahead of launch (e.g. how many people join the waitlist).

4. Children's privacy
This Site is intended for parents and guardians, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through this pre-launch Site. When Wonderly launches, any information used to personalise a child's story will be provided voluntarily by a parent or guardian, and will be covered by a dedicated Children's Privacy Notice at that time.

We retain waitlist and contact information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes described above. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by contacting us through our contact form.
6. Data storage
Waitlist signups and contact messages are stored securely using our website hosting provider's database infrastructure. We do not share this data with third parties except as required to operate the Site itself.
7. Changes to this policy
As Wonderly moves from pre-launch to a full product, this Privacy Policy will be updated and expanded. We'll post the updated version here and adjust the "Last updated" date above.
